Irish Customer
I just wanted to share my experience of using Nightgear as an Irish customer. So many UK stores are unable to deal with the custom charges due to Brexit. As a result when you order something there is an additional charge when it arrives. But that isn't the case with Nightgear who prepay the duty before shipping. So the price you see is the price you pay.
All in all I'm very impressed with the service and the pricing. I'll definitely be using them again.

They are scammers!
Terrible store. They are scammers! The goods returned to them 3 months ago, this is not my fault. I didn't get my money back! Customer support is not interested in solving customer problems, they respond with standard phrases. I do not recommend buying here.

I Placed an order for a 5.11 belt…
I Placed an order for a 5.11 belt through the website. Unfortunately when the belt arrived I no longer required it, so I decided to return it.
The return process was simple I placed the order through the Royal Mail portal after gaining a ran number and sent it off. I have yet to receive any communications about my return or the refund for the product.
It has now been 3 weeks since the product was returned!
