Bought a Barbour jacket online. Arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I sent the jacket back and I have now been refunded all within the same week. Can’t fault that kind of service!

Great designer shop in Chorley
Friendly, professional and helpful staff, I went into the shop to collect a click and collect order. All of the staff that I encountered were very helpful, I was able to find some other items in the shop for Xmas gifts for my husband. Great shop, highly recommended 😊

Order has disappeared
I ordered a gift for my nephew which cost over £100. It was 'sent' by DHL, which gave me a delivery slot on 6 Nov. The tracker then simply said 'Delayed' and they would deliver next working day. 2 days later, no delivery and no update on the tracker. When I put in a fresh search it now states 'We are unable to find a match for the shipment number you have entered'. I am now very concerned about this order.

Have shopped with Nigel for over 30 years. When he was part of a beautiful menswear store and when he struck out on his own and opened in Chorley. Beautiful displays of lovely clothes, shoes and accessories in a well appointed store and with friendly helpful staff. Something for all ages from teens to 60 something who want to stand out from the crowd

Like always 5star. My son shops nowhere else. Always made welcome when he arrives to the shop. Manners go along way in this day and age. Being able to get gift vouchers has always been the best for myself and on line is so useful
