Negligent, accepts zero responsibility for their fault

Paid for express 2 day business day shipping, delivered 4 almost 5 business days later without a signature required and FedEx ignored delivery instructions and left in an insecure location. Contents were then stolen. Contacted customer care immediately who assured me they’d reach out in 3-5 business days. 10 business days later I followed up and NM said it wasn’t their fault and that they had stopped requiring signature because “it wasn’t safe”. Refused to refund or ship a replacement despite their negligence on all counts. Disgusting. Don’t buy from them.

Now that Ideleated NormanMarcus and called them Norman Marcus they have clutter my inbox with unruly need mail. I use Amazon for a Reaaon because Retail is for Suckers.💜

Very bad experience

Very bad. No wonder other people feel the same. I've got a defective leather L'Agence jacket which was originally $1595 (but I doubt it) on sale for $406.19 total, I texted them with the pictures and they sent me shipping label. I shipped it back immediately Monday
8/7/2023. They received my package Saturday morning
8/12/2023 and still refused to process my refund! The lady in the chat told me they need more time since they have another orders. Sorry but is this my fault? You sent me an expensive jacket which look like it's been worn before. I need my money back! Absolutely disappointing. I have an experience with return of defective item in another company and they've refunded me as soon as I shipped it back without any questions.

I wanted to return a foundation by…

I wanted to return a foundation by Bobbi brown because I bought online and it didn’t match my color - I live in Ohio we have a Neiman Marcus I believe in Columbus- I live in Lorain- 2.5 hours away.. I knew I would be out of town to Birmingham and Tampa and figured I would return/swap it to a different color then but it was thanksgiving week so I didn’t really have time to go to the store , I later knew I was coming to Phoenix so I knew there was a NM store here in Scottsdale. I tried to get the attention of a lady behind the same counter I was at- I wasn’t greeted or no one tried to help, so I continued to select the color I’d like to swap, and asked for assistance but the lady behind the counter said to go someone else- so I did and Jody (someone else) claimed I used the foundation, I know I didn’t because it wasn’t my color, so she said she’d get the manager. Manager was rude and blatantly said I used it it can’t be returned or swapped- I said I didn’t use it then she looked at the date when purchased- then that was her other excuse. It was 2 days over purchased from 30 days. Smart mouth said well you could have mailed it back! I wish I knew her name but I didn’t get it. It was on December 20th approx 3:30 at fashion square NM!! No class at all from any of the workers in the makeup department. I was actually going to spend money there but decided not to help as I didn’t get help! I truly think it’s a stereotypical attitude I received! I even have a NM CC! Saks fifth Ave never done this to me….

No delivery

They just do not seem to be able to deliver the product. Delivery date is changed every time I contact. Always same excuse of warehouse issues.

December update, I did receive the product and they also credited everything they promised due to late delivery.

Zero customer service!!

I had two delivery problems with Niemen Marcus - they simply don't care. I called, I emailed, etc. and no one would help.

I've canceled my membership in their Nordy Club and it took several emails and calls to get them to stop sending me emails.

At this point, I refuse to enter their stores and advise others to avoid them. The online experience is the worst I've ever encountered.
