Negligent, accepts zero responsibility for their fault
Paid for express 2 day business day shipping, delivered 4 almost 5 business days later without a signature required and FedEx ignored delivery instructions and left in an insecure location. Contents were then stolen. Contacted customer care immediately who assured me they’d reach out in 3-5 business days. 10 business days later I followed up and NM said it wasn’t their fault and that they had stopped requiring signature because “it wasn’t safe”. Refused to refund or ship a replacement despite their negligence on all counts. Disgusting. Don’t buy from them.
