No way to return products, even though T&Cs state clearly that returns are accepted.

Bought a winter garment. It was delivered 2 months too late, therefore we did not need it anymore. Niddereve never gave me a solution to return the product even though their T&Cs clearly stated that we could return unwanted goods. I always received slow answers to my emails saying that the logistics manager was analysing my request. Almost 90 eur for a product that is of bad quality (no labels indicating the materials it is made of), delivered after the winter season it is made for and without a solution to return and be reimbursed.
