Get a document with you, with all informations.
After some days you get a telephonecall (and if you don't answer the first time, they try every day to reach), telling the result and what the value is.
If you accept - all your informations are read for you - and you confirm.
After 2-3 days you have the money at your bank-account.

GOOD DEAL
They called me 24 hours after I sent the gold and informed me about the price. Once I accepted I got an email confirming the amount and the bank transfer. The money was in my account 2 days after.
It was very safe, very fast and I got very happy.
