Nicoprof, all seems good but i cant seem to figure out how to track my package, im unsure if it will arrive. I ordered with UPS trackable and im in Sweden. I´ll update in a couple of days.

Really bad experience
I ordered something 3 days ago and I didn’t get any update or shipping information, but the sum was deducted from my card, and the account that I used for the order was deleted. Bad experience, don’t use.

Great value and selection
Great value and selection, but I'm having some issues with my current purchase. I was double-charged, and there’s an error with shipping. However, based on my previous order's quality and service, I’m hopeful it will be resolved soon.

Received a product that wasn't what I thought it was
Received 10 cans of Molliez Cherry Nicotine pouches today and everywhere on the website they are listed at 20 MG but when I received them they are apparently only 10 MG per pouch. 10 MG is listed nowhere on the listing for these pouches on the website so I believe this is false advertising. I wanted 20 MG pouches and figures that's what I was getting. Not to mention it took several weeks to even get my order. The flavor is good however.

Hi David, with nicotine pouch strengths it can get a little bit confusing - the pouches you ordered are 20mg per gram, however since a pouch is less than a gram, the mg per pouch might be lower.
As for delivery times to the US, these can be a bit longer than usual due to tariffs and such and we do apologise, this issue is not in our hands unfortunately. I hope that clarifies it, and please let us know at info@nicoprof.com if there is something we can do to help you further!

website and ordering process was easy but got a order confirmation saying my order was on its way from nicprof 3 days ago and still haven’t received a tracking number or anything regarding tracking so unsure how to proceed ups express costed 20$ just to ship to US so i thought i would get a way to see when my order will arrive.

I tried to order with my card and it…
I tried to order with my card and it declined the first time because (my fault) I forgot to transfer enough money to that account. So I transferred money to it and tried again and it took my money but still said there was a problem. I haven’t received any order confirmation, only that the order was unsuccessful. I haven’t received any confirmation so I reached out to them at 5:00 EST (New York Time) on Saturday August 9th 2025, about 15 minutes after my failed order. We shall see if it gets resolved soon. I hope to continue using this website because their selection and pricing are very good, but I need some clarity about what occurred with my first order. I’ll change the rating if something happens.
Edit: 2hrs or so later I was contacted via email by their team at Nicoprof and they informed me that it was possible there may have been a technical problem and they would get me my order information and ship it out by Monday. So refreshing to get a prompt reply from customer service. I will be using them again if all goes well
