The earrings are even cuter in real life and such great quality.

Their items are cute but they’re way overpriced to make their constant specials seem like a good deal, and they’re cheaply made.
My headband broke after only 3 wears, one of my orders never arrived because they sent it to the wrong address, and my final order (because I won’t be placing another one) took a month to arrive and will be returned because the hat’s spiderweb design is literally just a sticker that’s already falling off.
It’s a shame because they have some really unique stuff that I’ve gotten compliments on, but it’s not worth it because it’s all just cheap crap that won’t last.

Regarding their response, this is not factually correct. The tracking listed a different city. If the driver accidentally dropped it off at the wrong address it wouldn’t change the city in the tracking.

Btw I still haven’t been able to return the hat because they’ve stopped responding to my emails.

Fast shipping. The Freya headpiece was beautiful for our art deco new years party. Lots of compliments.

The headband popped up in my Facebook feed & I hadn't seen it before so was interested. With a considerable sale, it was still $40 with shopping. Little did I know, almost identical headbands are selling on Amazon for as low as $6. While we're made,I don't think Nicoletta's is worth $40. And, one major criticism, the roses look elevated in the photo. They sit very flat on head so they don't really look like roses so I am wearing another headband under this one to give the illusion of elevated roses.

The Payton belt was above and beyond my expectations, I wanna say thank you for such a great piece at such an unbelievable price point that has already become my go to every day favorite piece to wear.

First of all, my order was correct! The spoons are high quality and super cool. Packaging was nice and items arrived quickly.

Just a few too many emails between you and then other service you use for shipping, duplicating information. But, overall, very smooth experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered dresses from Nicoletta Carlone that the bride picked out. One of us gave our exact measurements, the others used the guide on the site. All of the dresses were horribly fitted, and even worse, they were shoddily made. The bride complained to the owner who basically offered nothing except that the one who gave the measurements could send the dress back and if they didn't match exactly, they would be refunded. When I contacted the company to send the dress back, because I needed an address, they refused to respond. It's been 3 weeks and I've sent repeated follow ups.

It's very clear that they overprice their dresses and then absolutely do not stand by their product. They tricked us into buying and then disappeared when the product was garbage. The material was cheap, the dresses were poorly constructed, and none of them fit even remotely okay. DO NOT BUY!
