My €950 new pool table was delivered on 10th December 2025.
Unfortunately the table was damaged underneath preventing one of the table legs being able to be fitted. Photos were supplied with emailed communication on 12th December to NG Biliardi requesting the table to be collected and replaced.
The underside damage can clearly be seen in the photos and obviously was originally incurred before being shipped to me by the independent courier as the original box has been covered and taped up using NG Biliardi materials to mask and hide the damage before shipping.
In the ongoing communication NG Biliardi requested that we check the table for other damage which we did and listed...
The table cloth was rippled and the ball collection trim was loose.
This was not the quality item I thought I was purchasing.
Now NG Biliardi are stating that we have missed the opportunity for any return request (which we didn't, communication sent 2 dats after delivery) and that they would have only accepted said item in a perfect state and without damage as per their conditions of sale.
This is a bizarre statement considering the fact that it was clearly sent to me, the customer, with damage that was covered up.
Their last communication refuses my request for a full refund and states that they are sending me replacement parts for ME to repair the undisputed damage.
Needless to say I will now have to seek legal assistance to recover my money.
All of this is totally unprofessional, unexceptable, frustrating and stressful...what a horrible experience.

On April 29, 2020, I bought a white AVALON (230) billiard table, that was the beginning of my worries.
I won't give a complete account because it would take too much time, but I still want to share my experience on this company's deplorable communication.

No matter how many times you send a message or even call, no one will ever answer you.

The only time communication was effective was when I had information before I paid. So I was told that under the circumstances (COVID19) it would take about 2 weeks for delivery. In fact it took 2 months.

And upon delivery, what was my surprise to discover that the billiard table in fact, was made in China.
I was expecting a product of Italian quality and origin, but found myself with a badly made piece of furniture, where the screw threads are not placed in the right places (there are deviations of 0.3cm to more than a cm), the screws are either too short or too long, the carpet that was delivered to me is beveled. the pre-assembly of the felt strips is in 2 different shades.

As for the instructions provided, they are just totally unreadable, fortunately I'm a handyman and managed to fix all of the roadblocks and defects that showed up during the assembly.

When companies like yours, claim to work internationally, please have the common sense to provide translated documents in the supported languages (Italian, French, English)
On the other hand, many billiard sales sites offer video instructions, which makes it much easier to
understand the assembly.

To top it all off, I paid 350 Euros in delivery charges for an international carrier, Zust Ambrosetti. In the end, I pay a second time almost 330 Euros upon delivery by a Swiss carrier.

By making a simple calculation VAT+customs clearance fee, that I do not dispute, nearly 200 Euros
additional costs are totally unjustified.

In short, my first and last purchase at NG Billardi.
