A Promising Tool with No Support
This software is a great idea, and everything seems to work, but nobody is home. This service feels like a "dead man's ship," with no customer support or engagement from staff.
Their operation is ambiguous, with minimal customer support or interaction; even automated systems or self-service options are outdated. You're basically rolling the dice after the free trial. There seems to be no human interaction. The technology is running itself—a "ghost ship" with no direct customer service or support. Even those listed as CEOs and upper management have disappeared from the internet. Their Instagram and Twitter accounts are outdated. I guess customers are expected to navigate issues on their own.
Signing up is an automated process. You get 30 days to try out some tools; most of the tools work well, but not as advertised, which made me contact customer support—to no avail. This was super sketchy to me. The upgrade function is through PayPal or credit card, and no one in sales is present to answer customer inquiries or troubleshoot. I've found zero human staff members.
The cost is great, but at the expense of losing human customer support, it's too much of a risk for me. I understand that this business operates on a lower price model for consumers, but the risk-to-reward ratio is just not transparent. There has been no contact going on six months from customer support for basic questions I cannot resolve independently.
I want to be a customer, but I feel alienated by gaps in the software and the lack of someone to pick up the phone or answer an email. I've given up on these guys, I contacted them on January 7,10, and 15 of 2025.
