Nexus really do deliver the whole package! They are by far the best consultancy company we have worked alongside. They have supported us to identify the real problem and develop and embed sustainable changes through the use of data, the ability to tell a story and a series of PDSA cycles.
Spencer and Pete have worked tirelessly to support us all to deliver the changes we needed to make for the patients and our team. Pete has spent endless hours working alongside the team collecting data, listening to the staff and forming relationships which have enabled us to take the brave steps to make the changes and take the team with us. PDSA cycles in quick succession can seem daunting to the team but every single member of the team was engaged in the changes we tried and this was due to the relationships Pete and Spencer have made during their time with us.
Spencer and his ability to interpret data to tell a story in a way which is understandable for everyone has been so beneficial. He has helped the ED senior leadership team and the executive team to understand the root causes of the problems we faced with performance and embed plans to improve this.
No challenge is too big or small for the Nexus team, Spencer has embraced every ask with determination, a smile and a patient and calm approach. Professionally he has coached, mentored and helped me grow as a senior leader, personally he has been there with a listening ear, someone to bounce ideas off and shoulder to cry on every step of the way.
