Do not sign up for this. It is limited in its connection to social media (except Youtube) but the worst is the BAD SERVICE - They could even change my email address once I had signed up. Subscription automatically renewed and was charged and despite cancelling it on the same day and requesting a refund, they refused due to 'non refundable policy'. This is just stealing - so now I have the hassle of having to dispute through my credit card company. Save yourself the hassle - its NOT WORTH IT

Their AI clip algorithm is terrible- misses the mark on finding good clips. Their customer service is the worst. Also, They charged me 1 year but I only wanted monthly. I asked to change to monthly but their customer support never responded despite multiple emails. I could go on and on with the issues on this company - just don't waste your time.

Don't waste your money like I did, I am telling you now Mr. Beast cant be using this tool. It breaks down your video, and that's it, you manually have to do everything else your self, which you can do in good editing software. I gave away my money and I used it for 1 day, before cutting my losses. I moved to capcut and wow,wow wow. Does exactly what nexus claimed their product does

It wasn't made clear that I would be billed. I was billed twice and never used the service. It is impossible to get money back. Don't sign up or click on anything that has to do with this company.

This isn't worth the money, causes frustration and actually wastes time because the program never works right. Do yourself a favor and go with something else. this program is worthless!

I paid for an annual subscription on 9th March 2026. I am unable to link my main youtube channel but could link channels I no longer use. I've tried to resolve by rebooting, using a different browser, ensuring that pop ups are not disabled, clearing history and NOTHING works. I have contacted Nexus and requested a refund but they are now not even responding. Wish I checked reviews before purchasing!

They say they have a free version with watermark and limited clips, that is not true.

Once you connect your channel, it says automatically for all videos that 5 clips have been identified and you need to pay to get any. There is no clip with the free service in case you wish to test it and see if it might work for you before you subscribe. Which for me is a big massive NO as if you cannot gain customers trust before charging them, it means that your service is very poor and the reviews here confirm it. Don't waste your time!

Scammers, misleading description and shady terms. Bogus explanations.

Been looking for a good AI clipping tool as I was previously using a free trial of StreamLadder but its monthly cost was quite high. Seen numerous people and videos praise Nexus Clips so I seen a massive discount for a years subscription and jumped on it.

Remember, if something looks to good to be true, it is.

Right from the get go I had problems. The "AI Clip Finder" takes absolutely AGES in order to process clips it gives a countdown on when they will be ready, generally around 12-20 minutes. However when it gets to "almost ready" it stalls for a further 30mins+

When you finally get your clips and click the "edit clip" option it brings you to an error page saying "PAGE NOT FOUND". I emailed Support regarding this and after a long wait I got a reply stating "If streaming 18 rated games it can block the editor so try not to stream mature rated games or just upload the clips I want manually"

Now while solution 2 worked of having to manually download the VOD of twitch then upload it (WHICH TAKES FOREVER TO UPLOAD) then wait for it to generate, the editor did work. But you should not need to do this every time. Solution 1 of the mature rated games is also false, PG games also encounter this issue, yet they did not comment further on this.

It got to the stage that I have cancelled my sub so it wont renew (as you cant get a refund) and just point blank refuse to continue to get headaches trying to use this useless website.

DO NOT USE! Site does not perform as advertised. There’s no free trial or way to test platform before signing up. I requested a refund within 1 hour of having paid for an annual subscription and was denied the refund!

I want to cancel emailed several times no response they are robbing me blind no where to cancel it’s a scam

I bought Premium for 15 Dollars, but the service does not work. It literally does not process anything. No feedback from customer service. I will try to get my money back. Product looks abandoned.

Total waste of money. Their site doesn't work. You have to upload the videos manually. The editor is crap. Honestly, not worth a single penny.

Very slow! Glitches most of the time, not worth your money. When you upload the sub dont match the sentences. Stay away from this trash software.

Worked great at first then i renewed my subscription and the program began not working. was not creating clips and just had purplish looking cloud over video. contacted customer service for refund and they refuse to give refund but issue cancelling the subscription so no future renewal's happen. I am disputing the charges as i write this. Do Not Use These Folks!

Website is a scam. The program didn’t work after many hours of waiting for a video to be generated, and still nothing. I contacted customer service for a refund and they refused. Don’t use them.

Terrible company.... used it for 1 hour, saw it was 100% useless, asked for a refund... the answer was flat out NO. Save your money!

PRO MEMBERSHIP IS USELESS 1 star is 1 star too many.
Problem: Faulty software! When you make clips, it leaves you with a blurry background.

To avoid a blank background, the standard shape tool uses the same video with a blurred background effect.
At the moment, it's not possible to change this.
The tool is constantly evolving, and we're working to add new features in the future.
However, you can adjust the frames to your preference.
We're sorry, but as stated in the FAQs, we can't issue refunds.

As you can see, they admit that there is a problem, refuse to reimburse and expect you to put up with it.

Extremely DISHONNET and ARROGANT

I had to get and pay someone else to fix this issue.
What they promise actually doesn't exist!
I strongly advise people to be aware since this is the FASTEST WAY TO LOOSE 60 EUROS.
