I use Nexus deep freezer and also the fridge. I bought the freezer in January 2016,it was functional, I didn't change gas, it was always in use but didn't develop any problem, it was just last year it developed problem because I wasn't using it constantly, we didn't have light for months.
Because it served me very well, I have to buy the fridge 1+ years ago, I am enjoying it.
Nexus refrigerator is my best, it is tested and trusted👌

I ordered a sink and tap unit from this company. A delivery date was agreed. On the day, no delivery. Contacted the company. Oh, sorry, we ordered the wrong tap. I asked for a new delivery date. That took four hours. Eventually, five days late, the sink turned up. But not the tap. Twice booked a plumber to install the unit, twice had to cancel. No email response, no answerphone to leave messages. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. UTTERLY INCOMPETENT. BE WARNED!!

Fantastic service, the staff have really far exceeded my expectations and were able to locate and deliver the product to me within days! I will definitely be a return customer.
