Cheap flights for flexible travelers
I was able to book flights to Peru for about half the normal fare- Next Vacay is perfect when you're flexible about where and when you want to travel, they give you flight deals from your nearest airport. Will continue my membership for sure.

Tried to get a refund.
Update to your response, first whose to say we will be able to travel in 2021, with the pandemic there is no guarantee when we can travel internationally again. Second, my subscription renewed less than a month ago according to my credit card charge... regardless just wanted to let people know what to expect if they respond a week late to canceling.
Really check this site out before signing up. I was charged for another year membership a few weeks ago, but unfortunately just noticed it. When I tried to get a refund they denied it. First of all you can't tell me a legitimate company can't give refunds. I understand what your Terms of Service states, but in today's world with COVIiD, this service has not been helpful. We're restricted to travel in the US and forget international right now so I feel I've lost money on this deal over the past 6 months. Airlines and hotels can give refunds during COVID, why can't this company?
Do your research before signing up, when we are truly allowed to travel you can find deals through other sites.

As stated on our website and in our welcome email, we're an annual subscription service, so we automatically renew every year on the same date as your initial charge.
We understand that with the current pandemic, many people may not currently be interested in flying or traveling, and while our service is currently focused on finding amazing deals for both international and domestic travel in 2021, members are free to cancel their membership at any time by contacting our support team or canceling directly via their account, which we provide a link to in every deal email we send. We do offer a two-week grace period for renewals in the event that members forget to cancel prior to renewal or circumstances require that they cancel and request a refund shortly after renewing. However, the subscription account in question renewed over a month ago, and our records show our deals being delivered and frequently opened with no request to stop or cancel during COVID.
Your subscription has been set to non renew, so you will not be charged again and the membership will end once the current period expires. If you have any other questions or feedback to share with us, please feel free to reach out to help@nextvacay.com.

Hi everyone. I was sent an email with information about a flight from Reno Nevada to Nashville for around $200 round trip. I was a little skeptical because flying out of Reno is usually expensive and more so now with COVID-19.
I went ahead and looked into it and to my surprise I got a great deal for $207 round trip. This service is awesome!!

Unbelievable deal.....that was REAL!
I saw a posting for roundtrip airfare to Tokyo for $500 and knew that I had to take a look as, even for coach, that was an unbelievable deal. I had traveled to Japan several times for work, but my wife had never been. We worked on dates that would work and still maximize the price and were able to get 9 days in Japan for $523 each! We hope the COVID travel restrictions are lifted by the time we fly but, we couldn't be happier with the accuracy of the Next Vacay information!

Concept is great, but try to cancel? Not so great!
The concept is great, but really simple. They find flights to various locations that are cheap.
If you knew where you wanted to go, Google flights as well as many other services can let you know when flights run cheap for free.
I signed on for a year and got regular emails. My vacation plans changed last year to motorcycling across North America, so I really did not need it. This spring I bought an RV (and just in time I might add).
I noticed I was being billed on my credit card statement. This would be the third year. I contacted them and they said if I contacted them within 30 days, they could issue me a refund. Now if I had called months down the road, I get it, but I called 5 weeks after they billed me. Less than one week of receiving my statement.
If I had received an email, as most reputable businesses would do when they charge you a renewal, I would have called to cancel. Simple.
I dont think this is fair. If after I was board touring North America I think I would have signed back up. But not now.
To have a charge back on my cc and getting the card cancelled, reset the automatic payments I already have, its just not worth the trouble for the $25 bucks.

When members sign up, we offer a 30-day free trial period along with a 6-month money-back guarantee so members can try us out for up to 7 months and virtually pay nothing if they're unsatisfied. Members can simply reach out and request a refund within 6 months of being charged. After this, memberships are set to automatically renew every year on the date of your initial charge and while we don't send out renewal notices at this time, members can access their account at any time during their membership to turn off the auto-renewal feature or cancel their subscription immediately. Our support team is also available to provide assistance with this or anything else our members may need.
As per our Terms of Service, renewal fees are non-refundable, but I do want to clarify that we offer a two-week grace period, not a 30-day grace period, so members can cancel or get in touch for a refund within two weeks of being charged if they no longer wish to continue their membership. Unfortunately, requesting a refund of this charge five weeks after it processed would place your request outside of our refund period.
Again, my sincere apologies for any disappointment or frustration this situation has caused. Our goal has always been to help our members travel to amazing destinations for unbelievable prices, and we strive to give outstanding customer support to facilitate our members' success. Next Vacay is more than just cheap flights, it lets you dream and plan trips
Hello all,
I have belonged to Next Vacay for TWO years before I EVER used it to purchased a trip. But that first year wasn't a waste at all, as there were many trips I was interested in and I thoroughly enjoyed contemplating different excursions!
Finally though I booked two trips this year. The first I booked in February for this October and it is near and dear to my heart, as I booked my wife and I on a trip back to Greece, where we honeymooned 25 years ago! This is particularly important to me because I took one of my daughters to Athens, Mykonos and Santorini two years ago and just simply fell in love with those two islands. I soooo wanted Barbara with us then, but now she and I will be able enjoy it.
From a practical point of view, Next Vacay was wonderful because the ticket price was so cheap (under $400) that I opted for an upgraded seats and insurance. And now with covid issues, if the trip is canceled, I will still be reimbursed.
The second trip I booked in May for January 2021 and it is to my wife's favorite place, Aruba and we are taking our 3 adult daughters. Again, without Next Vacay, I doubt I would have been able to afford 5 tickets.
I look forward to safe travels for all in the future.

We have booked 3 flights in 2020 alone based on the emails we get from Next Vacay Team! Definitely worth the small annual fee for the money we've saved. We have been able to splurge for first class for the money saved on one flight!

It's not just a dream anymore
After watching all your great deals for over a year, We have finally match with a time and place! Booking the flight was quick and easy!

We recently recieved notice about a flight to Philadelphia. I changed the dates and it was cheaper than first listed. The wife and I are leaving Saturday morning from Dallas to fly up just for lunch ( Philly Cheesesteak) then back home. For $43 round trip...why not !!

I cancelled my membership and they…
I cancelled my membership and they continued to charge my credit card. They refused to refund the charges. This is still in dispute. I would not recommend getting involved with this company. As they stated in their comment, they screwed up and made two accounts for me and was double billing. I had to get them to straighten that out. They deny my cancellation "no record of it". Obviously their record keeping is not the best or I would not have had two accounts and billed for both of them. Just because they "don't have record of it" doesn't mean it didn't happen. Be ware, they will scam you out of money any way they can.
