Stay away from them, they are prompt to get new business but are not professional with appointments and times. No post work guarantee. Won’t pick phone, respond to message or email if there is any problem later. They repaired my dak roof but damaged the interior ceiling and are not coming to repair and now stopped responding. Its been few months I have been following up.

I had a very bad experience with this company
Removing the old roof and set the new roof was completed in total of 2 days
But I’m not really sure that they really set the roof 100% safe and nicely .

They put all the old dakpannen in the containers and keep the old wooden plank behind the container
After 1 week of later came to pick up the container
But they left all the wooden plank infront of house . Unfortunatly we were not in home that day .

I took a photo of those leftover wooden plank and send to this number +31 6 84 87 81 32
No response for 1week
I mailed it several times
No response
After 1 week I call them
And explain again
That lady told me she have to tell to boss
But not really sure what they gonna do .
Still after 1 week no response
I called them more than 100 times no answer .
My problem is my both neighbor have a children which they always play outside the house
The wooden plank was fill with pin which is not safe for the children .
That was my biggest fear .

After calling many times
The lady was always saying tomrow , tomorow . But Tomoro was never came for 2 more weeks
This is a family business working from home . No customer care service . There are 3 or 4 different telephone number . Always pick up by 1 same lady .
