Beautiful selection and easy to order

Site was easy to use but I hate that payment gets converted to USD unless you are located solely in the US. The conversion rate online is never great. That’s my only gripe. I would order more if not for the USD conversion rate.

I placed an order a month ago for 4 rings. 3 rings were delivered, but the fourth has yet to come. You have sent me nothing in regards to this ring & why it hasn't been received yet. Where is my ring? I paid for it. But don't have it. It is a gold band with small diamonds embedded in it.

Update: I received the necklace and it is absolutely gorgeous and looks so much better in person and I love the black velvet case in arrived in. I can't wait to wear it for my wedding! As soon as I saw the necklace I purchased I just stopped scrolling and just stared at it. I've been looking for weeks for jewelry for my wedding in June and I just couldn't find anything I really wanted but when I saw your necklace I knew I had to have it. It is stunning and your jewelry is stunning and made with quality and you describe every piece of the jewelry. You have honest reviews and pictures and it all was a perfect combination for me to say yes I trust this company. Everything was explained. You left nothing for me to wonder about or question. I got a duplicate necklace and charged for it. I sent it back, paid for shipping back even though they say free returns. They charged me $10.00 more for their shipping fee initially and $20 for what they said was a custom order length which was not advertised. They rip off the customer, don't communicate the return policy and change the information during the conversation. Cannot reach by phone. VERY poor company to deal with and their quality is not that good. NEVER shop there! Dishonest!

I ordered a necklace and a bracelet, both with blue sapphires. I accidentally ordered the wrong sizes. Neither fit and I had no one to gift them to. I just loved both pieces so decided to return them and order the corrected sizes.
The easy 30 day guarantee is exactly as they advertised. Everyone I spoke to for help was wonderful - so polite and easy to talk to. The whole experience has made me respect their business model and quality products.

The products are unique and nothing like I've seen on a lot of other jewelry sites.

The only question I have is when looking at your site I see the same piece for different prices and that is confusing?
