Horrific Experience.

Referred to next Medical chiropractic center in wildwood Fl. It was a horrific experience. Was in a car accident that severely affected my lower back and hip. The staff was so rude and uncaring. The Dr put me on the chiropractic table raised it up and dropped it down so fast and pushed on my lower back so hard at the same time I cried out and had tears in my eyes. She wouldn’t stop. She did it three times and smiled when I could barely move in intense pain. Then they put me in a traction unit around my neck. I’m still in intense pain with upset stomach. I can’t eat and can barely walk. She made my situation worse. Avoid this next medical wildwood office. They are uncaring and should be shut down. The Dr also lectured me if I didn’t do what she prescribed she would tell the insurance company I was being uncooperative. She also stated she gets nothing out of helping me. So it didn’t matter to her. I’m sorry but the pain got intense. I couldn’t take anymore.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. They repeatedly lied to me about the status of my refill, yet continued to charge me for prescriptions never received. I have received a refund, but only after I told them I was filing a dispute with my credit card company. There are other reputable firms out there. Don't pick NextMed!

If I could give this company less than…

If I could give this company less than zero, I would actually give it to them. This has been a nightmare. A couple of days ago, they made four charges to my debit card that I had not used because I canceled the account with that company more than 2 months ago. This is actually a scam when I called the phone number on the receipt they sent me they told me they would refund my money but they didn't ask me for any of my information and they have people who don't speak English well I recommend staying away from this company since it is a fraud and steal money They are thieves

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. It takes 20 emails/ portal submissions to get an answer from anyone. They never resolve anything. You just get emails saying they are forwarding this to the correct department but no one ever gets back to you with a resolution. They charged $138 every month for the “program”/support but there is no support. Worst company ever.

AWFUL. SLOW> NOT EFFECTIVE

I was with this company for 7 months, paying $138 per month and only received 3 months of prescriptions. Not one prescription refill was filled without problems or delay. Process to pay and reschedule appointments was so much work - they should have paid ME! Keep away from this company

So far so good. One little telemedicine hiccup. But that’s about it. Prices are great and customer service has been good too.

When I 1st joined Next Medical…

When I 1st joined Next Medical everything was just great, but lately, the communication is horrible! Customer service keeps trying to get me to book back to back telemedicine visits (every 2 weeks) saying they want to make sure I'm still on the medication. The last straw was customer service calling me the night before an appointment to tell me I needed lab work. I had to cancel my subscription and they gave me a hard time doing that!

Jim G was a great customer service agent with Next Med. I had the pleasure of speaking to him today and he was very informative and was also able to answer all my questions, make an appointment and returned my call to make sure everything was handled and I understand what was being done. Gibo gave excellent customer service…

Gibo gave excellent customer service this morning in regards to getting an appointment scheduled with the Dr. He was very informative and pleasant to talk to. He answered all my questions and concerns. I am very impressed with the level of customer support this company has!

Excellent customer service. I only wish the refill process was easier.... Dr. RILEY GREENE is awesome about responding and Rena is great with communication and handling any issue. Their Both Awsome!!!!

I had some unexplained charges but…

I had some unexplained charges but Elaine was quick to clear them up. I so appreciate her readiness to help me and apologize for any inconvenience. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future if the need arises.

A good & informative communication

I have a good communication with NextMed' customer service team for a healthcare program. There are requires of some paperwork, forms/lab tests... make me hesitate but thanks for the Customer Team for the clear instructions, they quick follow up and really helpful to help me go through the process/ take test and schedule the first visit.

I have been working with Next Medical…

I have been working with Next Medical for almost a year and have had nothing but great experiences. They timely respond to emails and phone calls, the providers are kind and supportive, and the customer service team is awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Very pleased with NextMedical

Early on i had technical difficulties, their website/app was glitchy but they always responded to my concerns and i have NO regrets. I have been achieving my goals and have had support along the whole way from my provider Dr. Greene and the support team.

I am pleased overall

I have been with the program for almost 4 months. Early on I didn't find the response time particularly timely, but in the last couple of months I have been very pleased with the customer service. I have met with my provider, Holly Lundsford each month and she is very helpful and encouraging. She always gives useful suggestions.
