After paying the amount for work, the plumber never came back. They are also not pikcing the calls. It's a scam company.
Email shown on the website nextloodgieters.nl does not exist, phone number 085 060 7693 always goes to voicemail.
Stay away from this company.
I strongly advise against using this company. I booked a visit for a geiser / boiler issue in my apartment . The technician spent very little time on site – basically he only “looked at it and touched it” – and yet I was charged about 700 € for the visit, with no actual proper repair being done.
The problem with the geiser returned shortly after he left. When I tried to call the company, I was initially told that someone would call me back, but nobody did. After several attempts to reach them, my phone number was blocked. When I called from a different number, the call was answered and then the receiver was simply put down.
I find the prices completely unreasonable for the service provided, and the way they treated me as a customer was highly unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company.
I contacted them to unblock my kitchen sink and specifically asked for pricing over the phone. I was told there would be a €35 call‑out fee and that the final price would be communicated by the plumbers on site. They arrived, completed the job in about 30 minutes, and then quoted €900. When I said that was unreasonable, the price suddenly dropped to €650, and I ultimately paid €600.
I respect the technical skills of the plumbers, but the pricing approach felt extremely misleading. No clear costs were communicated upfront, even though some fees — such as “emergency costs” — were clearly predetermined. The whole experience felt like a game of words and a serious overcharge.
They came to fix a leakage. Ripped the wall open, cut the pipe, realized they can't fix it because of a missing equipment, promised to come back tomorrow morning but never showed up and didn't returned my calls. Kinda glad they ghosted me though, because at the end I ended up paying 240 for a job they were demanding 1200. Seriously, avoid them!
Do not use their services. They scammed me. I called them for an urgent service because of some problems with my kitchen pipes. They told me they fixed it but they made it worse. I paid 640 euros and they blocked my number.
