Very disappointing experience

I ordered an item over a month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. When I asked to cancel (because on the website they say it will be shipped in 4 days for the product), customer service told me the order had already been shipped and that I could return it once it arrived.

However, when I asked for the tracking number, they then said the order was not shipped yet and that they would “let me know.”

This contradictory information makes it impossible to trust the seller. I still don’t know whether my order has actually been shipped or not.

Very disappointing experience — poor communication and no transparency. I would not recommend buying from this store.
