I completed a phone interview with your company a few months ago. I was informed during the call that I had been offered the position, pending a background check, which I paid for as instructed. I was also told that training would begin the following Monday, and I was advised to ensure I had the proper equipment.
Unfortunately, I never received any further communication regarding orientation, class start details, or next steps. I’ve been left without any updates, and I’m very disappointed with how the process has unfolded—especially after being so excited about joining your team.
