Bought 3 used Google Pixel phones, 2 very good condition, one average. But all in all, very happy.

Sold me a product via Backmarket that was stolen. They don't do very good checks to make sure that the product they are sending out is actually clean. A lame excuse about it was tested and then listed as stolen after testing. There should be better checks in place that doesn't inconvenience the client. I would suggest asking for the IMEI number before placing an order with them (but just don't!) so you can do their job for them and check the phone isn't blacklisted.

Product arrived on time.
Product in superb cosmetic condition, as described.
Product battery life better than expected.
Phone is presently working perfectly.

Ordered a Pixel 6a condition VG.
Arrived well packaged by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Very pleased with the phone which as described is in a very good condition and after the usual niggles of transferring apps and data is working fine.
Also had reason to return a phone recently and got a full refund with no problem.
I will certainly use NextDay Mobiles again.

Edit: I have now received help across several channels with an order that had a delivery address error.

It would still be preferable for there to be a phone line for customer service issues such as this, but NextDayMobiles have been prompt in trying to resolve the issue once I managed to get someone's attention.

I will update the review again once the product has actually been received.

Ordered a Pixel 6 in "excellent" condition and it arrived next day looking like a brand new phone. Good service.

Great experience - cheapest place I could find for the device I wanted. I'd say the condition of the device is above what was advertised. Arrived quickly, in better condition than I was expecting, good value and excellent communication. Would absolutely use again.

The tablet has a little scratch on the body, bottom left hand side which can be still considered excellent condition given the years of the device. However paying for a Excellent condition devices and receiving the most rubbish charger ( some funny name of branding Ven-Dens with double usb input and £0.05 cable which comes with it is ridiculous and instead charging your device will slow burn your battery till the IPad is dead.

I ordered a Pixel6a in excellent condition. The phone arrived quickly and the condition was just as described. Nice smooth experience all round.

Bought a used Pixel 6 in excellent condition; I also put in the wrong address info and Ellis from customer support was very quick to set my details straight. Didn't pay extra for shipping and my product arrived a day after it was dispatched before 12pm.

Phone came in flawless condition with a very lightly used battery. Will 100% be using them for future transactions.

Fraud Company. Bad refurbishment and then when it goes wrong it's "not in warranty"

Screen went black after a month of use, sent to seller and then was refused a refurbishment (even though having 12 months warranty) purchased from backmarket.

Phone has no external damage and lived in a case with a screen protector since out the box. Was purchased fair conditon so had these marking when it arrived but seller used that to his advantage to refuse the refurbishment so now stuck with a phone with a dead screen. Phone still works cause the alarm goes off still but the display died, probably due to non-genuine screen replacement.

Seller just refuses the refurbishment cause he know it'll cost more than the phone if he did it with genuine parts (it's a pixel 4a)

avoid at all costs, other reviews are exactly the same with the display just dying out of nowhere. Fishy.

Excellent service from start to finish. I took a risk and bought an "average" phone, expecting there to be a few scratches and bumps. I was delighted when it arrived, securely packaged, in what looked like pristine condition! Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely 5 star. Great price and phone I ordered was in 'Fair' condition but there is hardly a mark on it. Arrived the next day too. Very happy customer and definitely recommend.

id never heard of this company before but have bought from other companies that sell refurbished phones and have always returned them as I've been disappointed
i bought a pixel7 pro for a very reasonable price and must say its great
it was advertised as grade c but I couldn't find a mark on it its like brand new (maybe they sent me the wrong phone lol) delivery was alao fantastic as the name suggests it came thr very next day
all in all my experience with next day mobiles was 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend
