The plethora of emails was confusing
The plethora of emails was confusing. It seemed that I was being asked over and over to approve what I had already approved. This was possibly what extended the delivery time. It definitely took longer than your name implies and, though not an emergency, longer than it should have taken.

Order Did Not Arrive on Time
The order did not arrive at the will call location by 5:00 p.m. I did receive it after closing hours on that day. The employee was very helpful and apologetic. The email saying my order arrived came the next morning. I'm glad I did not wait for the email but called to find out when the order would be ready.

NextDay Flyers is a good value, but their timeliness can be hit or miss if you're picking up from one of their branch locations. I frequently get my orders a day later than promised. But I guess you get what you pay for!
