This is the worst insurance company I…

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Their practices feel highly unprofessional and, at times, even deceptive. They routinely keep customers on hold for at least 30 minutes, seemingly to discourage follow-ups.

Each time I call, I am given a different and often unreasonable excuse for refusing testing. Despite my repeated requests, they have not allowed me to proceed with the necessary tests to determine my diagnosis. Instead, they continue to claim that I have an “undeclared condition” without providing any clear explanation or evidence.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning, especially given the importance of timely and accurate medical care.

Their billing is completely incompetent…

Their billing is completely incompetent and doesn't file claims properly. I have been struggling to contact them for close to a year to an invoice they didn't file correctly (they didn't bill the Medicaid part and are billing me instead). It's impossible to talk to them as you are kept waiting for someone to answer their billing number phone. I tried several times but gave up each time after 1+ hours of waiting. There is no other way to contact them. No address, no email, a "submit ticket" function (that I used of course). The only thing I could find about them after hours of research on the internet is that their headquarters are in ... Dubai.
Edit: Already filed complaint with CMS and I'm filing now a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection.

Billing Department

I was sent in for a blood test. I went in and did the blood test on a Saturday. They called me on Monday, and the lab did not get my blood in time. Which I understood and double checked, I would not have to pay for another test. Well... I just got a text that I owe them money for their mistake.

Now I am calling the billing department. I have been waiting for over 45 minutes. Does anyone actually work the phones? Trying to call the billing department is horrendous, and something/someone needs to change.

Worst experience I ever had

Worst experience I ever had. They don't communicate with their patients regarding bills. They never send mail or email but texting with link. I believe text message is reminder because this day text with link untrustworthy. With no communication they are sending your bill to collection with collection fee. Billing department totally rude and not helping people.

Check in was rude

Check in was rude. When the original appointment was cancelled due to no available provider, an appointment was scheduled "across town". Arrival at the designated alternative clinic indicated that there was no appointment for me, even though I had received a text confirmation. From there, receptionist was rude and inattentive. I had to repeat my date of birth for separate times, for an example of lack of attention to detail, then I was accused of claiming to give a birthdate that was not possible. I think I know when I was born, and I think the receptionist was too stunned to other tasks to pay attention to what I said. Hopefully the actual visit goes well, but I'll never come here again., just based on the getting desk.

I attended a Virtual appointment because Im having symptoms of COVID and flu tests.. my employer tested positive for both.. I asked to please be treated for both I have no transportation to go get a test call back to be seen again then treated.. this is exactly how Covid gets spread for me to just go into a pharmacy or somewhere to get a test. Steer CLEAR of this company if possible!

There was no ranking lower than a 1, but they do not even deserve that high of a mark.
Our visit for a pneumonia related illness started fairly well. They took their supposed "co-pay" up front while I was running a temperature in excess of 101-degrees and not thinking of what my medical plan states right on my card that I pay, and I paid the requested amount without thinking about what was listed on my Medicare card. Long and short is they did treat (diagnose) me before forwarding me on to the emergency room at the hospital and CHARGED an extra $30 in the co-pay amount in spite of the written amounts on the back of my Medicare card..
I have been in contact 3 times with then since plus one that they disconnected the phone call after 22-minutes. THEY admit that they can see they overcharged me [after trying to bill me for the initial office call until call number 2 (after dropped call) got them to admit that "they could now see that I paid the office visit co-pay the day I was there which was 32-days prior to them sending me a bill. Oh, I will have to send this screen image over to accounting so they can see that you paid it already" was the response given and "once they credit it, you will refunded the difference". 3rd call was essentially the same with response of "we have not been given enough time yet" - 4th phone call response was "the insurance has not paid us yet and we are holding your funds until they do, but someone here will call you on Friday with a status update". NO RETURN CALL yet on the following Tuesday and we have an answering machine. My payment and Medicare's payments have nothing to do with one another.
The billing operations of this company are not in step with the times and promises made on the phone are not kept. Stay away from this company if at all possible. Their medical staff will handle your illness if they are equipped for it, but their billing department is horrible - just go to the hospital if you are really ill and save the billing headaches.

Was a safe place until my visit on…

Was a safe place until my visit on Tuesday with PAC Maier - if you have posttraumatic stress and you’re crying, you would think they would want to minimize your experience there. This guy loved putting me in confined spaces, even after begging to be out of them. This man tormented me and kept me there way longer than necessary. There was no treatment plan. He just needed to make sure that I was good and uncomfortable.! Horrible man , what happened to do no harm?

Lesson learned

Lesson learned, These people are great when you walk in. But, when the bill arrives it is a complete disaster. They assured me my insurance would cover a blood vessel rupture I got inside my eye. Which the doctor did nothing but tell me it will heal by itself. Several months pass by and I get a collections notice for $260 from some random collection agency which I had no idea what for. I learned to just plan your trip and always stay with who your insurance wants even a emergency room visit might be cheaper than this BS.

They front office staff at Gilbert and Higley is pathetic the lady at the front checking in and supposedly helping with questions and charges information is not helpful and lacks basic customer service

If you ask her a question she makes you feel like it’s a bother. The way they explain the charges for a visit is also not helpful.

Next care billing have no idea what…

Next care billing have no idea what they’re doing. I went to Next care to get a tiny piece of glass out of my heel on March 2024. At the time of visit, I submitted my Medicare A&B card plus my supplement plan with United healthcare m insurance. It should pay for everything that A &B Didn’t cover.

Then on April 2025, ( YES one year later) they send me a bill a year after service rendered saying that the insurance paid him $501 and that they still want another $235! a ((surprise billing is illegal) . that should’ve been covered at the Supplement plan. When I tried to call them to work it out. They said it’s up to me to call the insurance to figure out their bill. How incompetent does a billing department have to be? They did say the Medi-Cal B deductible was not paid for which is untrue. I have documentation prove the Deductiblehas been met a year ago for 2024. They wanted me to call my insurance supplemental to tell them to pay it. I didn’t know I was next care employee!

next care Exam and X-ray

I recently visited your NC office on Golfcourse NW to have my right shoulder examined and to request an X-ray. The examination went smoothly, and the practitioner was courteous. After the exam, I asked the receptionist if there was anything else I needed to do, such as making a co-pay, scheduling future appointments, or receiving orders for prescriptions or X-rays. She assured me there was nothing further required, so I left.

I waited for a follow-up call regarding the X-ray appointment, but it never came. When I visited the X-ray facility, they informed me that they had not received any order for an X-ray from NC. I returned to NC to inquire, and the receptionist claimed that I had refused the X-ray order, which was not the case. One of the staff members then retrieved the X-ray order from the printer.

During this interaction, I found the receptionist’s behavior to be condescending and unprofessional. It was frustrating because the very reason for my visit was to obtain the X-ray, and I certainly did not refuse it. I left feeling the situation was handled poorly and would appreciate your attention to this matter.

Trying to get a refund

Trying to get a refund. Neither the Manager nor Corporate will return phone calls. Saw a provider who made my grown Granddaughter with ear pain cry, for one thing. Cost $75 for provider to prescribe nothing but a pain shot and over the counter meds. Later the same day, we saw a competent professional unrelated to Nextcare; she had a double ear infection and received 2 shots and antibiotics. I have proof! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT NEXTCARE!

Nextcare is the worst service provider

Nextcare is the worst service provider. Despite the Huge amount we pay as a family for healthcare, they try to reject as much as they can and they delay the approval as long as they can. I don't recommend them for anyone in the UAE or else where. Also, as I was told by SGH, they delay payments to hospitals and clinics.
