NextCar24 refuses to pay €5,000 VAT refund – Untrustworthy and unprofessional

Do not trust NextCar24. They refuse to return nearly €5,000 owed to us from a VAT deposit, ignore all communication, and fail to meet their contractual obligations. Over a month ago, we provided all the required documentation for the refund, yet they continue to withhold the money without any valid explanation.

This behavior is unacceptable and has caused significant harm to our business. Under the management of Mr. Uwe Kompel, NextCar24 has shown a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We strongly warn others against doing business with this company.
