Very useful in connecting a rear camera

Unfortunately I think it it the wrong cable, as it should have a castle fit connection that fits to the rear camera cable, and the one I've purchased doesn't it's flat fitment, hence the rear camera flashes up as a grey box with lines on it for a second or two then goes off, I've turned unit off & on few times and it the same every time.
