This company is very suspect, will be starting legal proceedings against Melvyn in January. He has personally ‘rented’ my daughter’s apartment for the last 3 months but not paid his rent. Clearly a con man. Avoid before he takes you to the cleaners as well.

I've had my property up for sale with this estate agent for almost 4 months, I haven't heard nothing from them since instructing them to sell my property apart from a 10 week seller report of the local market. After the 12 week sole seller rights passed, I gave them the 28 day cancellation notice and have still heard nothing back from Melvyn or his sidekick. Having been down past his little shop weekly, I noticed my property wasn't even in the window for a good 10/12 week period which he boasts 'you're property will be in our town centre location' utter tosh and shoddy agents, steer clear if you want my advice. Little fish, big pond. Joker

We recently purchased a property with Nexmove. It was a difficult process due to poor conveyancing solicitors but Mel proved to be a real star. He was "on the case" at every corner and every seeming dead end. We can't thank Mel enough for his support and professionalism throughout and wish him and his team the very best for the future.

The notice on the door says they've changed to autumn opening hours, but when we turned up during these hours, the office was closed. We've left messages on their answer machine because no one is answering the phone. And no one is calling back either!
