Real scammers! You will 100% loose your deposit money

Real scammers!
At Check-in they say to pay by card 300€ deposit for car damage and 200€ for the speed fine. Ok, I’ve done it and bough extra a car insurance for 20€ per day (by the way, that was not mentioned before and it was a bad surprise at the office!!). 2 days passed after checking-out and the company sent me the invoice that the car has a scratch for 600€ and they won’t sent me back my deposit. No photo or video with the scratch was attached. They didn’t answer on my mails and my calls. But, I have sone full video of the car at checkout and there is no any scratch!!!

SCAM company!!!

They wanted me to pay 2.5-3 times, what I already paid (for everything - did not need anything else). I paid 150€ for everything including a full cover insurance - and they wanted another 220€ on top of that for nothing - simply so I would buy their insurance - instead of Carjets (which would have been worse than the one I bought) - Carjet is clearly part of the scam btw.

Reason for that: I didn't bring a credit card, but only a debit card, which they said they don't accept - however they sure do except it - if I pay that extra 220€ - INSANELY OBVIOUS SCAM!! Unfriendly staff as well. Once you mention the scam, they get unfriendly af.

I didn't take the car and lose 100% of what I originially paid instead of paying 220€ on top. Most people usually don't see an alternative and will have their money stolen.

TOTAL SCAMMERS!
