Please note that cancellations and changes for Empire State Building reservations are possible, but they must be made at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. We also kindly ask that guests arrive at their scheduled time slot for the best entry experience.
Regarding the value of the pass, it's designed to help customers save money compared to purchasing individual attraction tickets, especially when visiting multiple attractions. In addition to potential savings, the pass offers the convenience of having your attractions in one place, flexibility to choose from a wide range of experiences, and the ability to explore at your own pace.

Smooth experience -last week of May26
Every operator dedicated to the attractions entrance was aware of the option of the city pass ticket therefore it has been a smooth experience using it for 2 people. Another note: is not always convenient to choose an attraction from your pool because sometimes the average price you offer is more than the single ticket but that is not a negative for you but a point of interest for the user/client. Great experience nontheless and I will value another then with your offers.

Very easy to use, instructions were clear and we had no problems in activating the tickets. It is not always convenient, it depends on the combo of attractions you choose, so make your calculation first. In our case it was definitely helpful.
