Absolutely happy with Newwaves service! The band on the Foosball game broke so I sent them an email right away. They are sending me a brand new game along with replacement bands. Way to go above and beyond guys, will be coming back

I got the flying spinner toy for my grandson. At first we were disappointed because it kept flying straight into the ground. But, we later found out it was upside and we just needed to flip it around. Now it flies great and he loves it!

Very helpful! I had issues with my order, I accidentally ordered a small size of their foosball game. I emailed them, received a response right away and helped me with the exchange. Their foosball winner game is highly recommended! Great customer service too.

I received 2 items that I never ordered. they will not let me return them for a refund. shady company do not order anything

I ordered a New Nova flying spinner in December as a XMAS gift. After posting a review here I finally recieved the spinner 1/5/2021. It did not work. Fell to the ground each time even tho it was fully charged. On 1/6/2021 I sent it back to the New Wave company by USPS and tracked it. They recieved it on 1/8/2021.
I sent e-mail to Support @ newwavesshoppe.com to complain that I had not received a response on both 1/17/ 2021 or 1/21/2021. Thus far I have not received any correspondence from them. They billed my credit card in December 2020. There is no phone number to contact them.

Buyer Beware. I ordered 3 spinners on Jan 4th,2021 for Grandkids birthdays. A charge was made to my account on Jan 5th, 2021. I never received an e-mail on order status so went back thru my browser history and found the order #s (31970 & 31971) Status was label printed waiting pick up from Grand Prarie, TX I'd already sent an e-mail to their contact us format but sent a 2nd e-mail. I tried tracking my package but my order numbers showed no information. At this point I have no option to report it as fraud to the bank.

Update: A response was finally obtained and magically their website had many positive comments but no dates??? A shipment was received but not when represented and just like all the other verified reviews on this site, the products DON'T WORK.

Received gifts 3 weeks after purchasing. The flying spinner fell to the floor, the package was open at the top of the spinner but still nested in the plastic. Read the instructions, charged it the appropriate time, tried it again fell to the floor. Also received the neck rest that holds your phone, no instructions or even pictures from the web to illustrate. Did receive a reply from support on the date for shipping which was helpful.

I placed Order 25551 on Dec 7th and have never received my item. I have sent 2 emails inquiring about my order and received NO response. Shady customer service.

I ordered the foosball game in November and it was immediately charged to my Visa. I have now sent 2 emails asking where my purchase is and they have yet to respond as to where my order is. The only response I was given was a welcome to the family and would i like to make another purchase. I have been receiving advertising ever since. This is poor customer service and if I dont recieive an answer soon I will report as fraud!

NewWave Shoppe is awesome. I ordered one of their exclusive products. It was called the Foosball Winner Game. My kids absolutely loved playing it! Thank you guys
