2FA problems and clarification on required procedures
My submitted request was responded to same day with helpful guidance on how to complete the 2FA process. The support desk rep - Dishan was very responsive, patient and helpful in resolving the problem.

Platform Hacked by Mixpanel !!!
I had Newton as a crypto platform, customer service is CRAP (no phone call agent) after I left them & shut down my account they informed me they were hacked & all of my info Name,Address,Phone, & age was compromised by the Mix Pannel Security incident, their third-party verification company. Are you kidding me???!!! Run not walk away from Newton!!!

Now they leak our personal data to hackers, blame it on another company and when I try to delete my personal data to prevent it from getting stolen again they say they can't. Avoid.

Amazing support from the Newton team
I had a great support experience with Newton Customer Support team after I made a mistake sending an unsupported asset to my Newton wallet. After some investigation, Newton were able to locate my lost funds and send them back to my wallet. I am so grateful for their support and expertise. Highly recommended!!!

Most trusted custodial wallet in Canada
Quickly responded to my issue and gave very clear and specific expectations for when I would get a response and how the entire process would work. Helped me feel like I mattered to them and that they actually listened to my problem in its entirety. Most trusted crypto onboarding platform I've used and believe me I've tried every one that is properly licensed in Canada.

Recently a "review your information" page has taken over my account. This page has frozen my Newton account and I cannot access my profile page or do anything. There is nothing I can do and Newton is literally holding my money and crypto hostage. None of my personal information has changed and I cannot access it anyway with this page freezing my screen. I am patiently waiting for someone to fix this.
