Placed order 30/3/26 received email order confirming purchase... Just says preparing these items. I've emailed and messaged regarding when items will be dispatched as it states 1-3 days and had no confirmation being dispatched. Had no response... Got a reply saying out of stock, chose replacement or fully refunded, no reply 2 weeks after purchase.. Gave up contacting them so contacted my bank and they dealing with it.... Shocking!!!!

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star if I could , absolute joke of a company, ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and had no updates or even received my order , text them multiple times and email them and heard nothing , awful customer service and potential scam would stay away

Ordered 10th December haven’t t had any confirmation email or tracking number tried to get intouch in all ways possible and no response

RESPONDED ASKING IF ORDER WAS MADE UNDER MY NAME THEN BLANKED ME SINCE

Ordered last Wednesday. Still no delivery email. Have emailed and messaged twice on Instagram and heard nothing back. Will be requesting a refund via the bank if I hear nothing back tomorrow.

Won’t reply to my email about returning an item as it’s to big, emailed an called many times to no reply at all!

Ordered an item 7am on Tuesday june 24t item cost £145.

The shipping info said, orders before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Also the website also said free next day delivery for orders over £75.

My order has still yet to be dispatched. I was wanting the item for a holiday thinking it would arrive in good time.
