I ordered via their Tiktok shop a…

I ordered via their Tiktok shop a bundle deal which was buy 6 get 2 free £42, I ordered 2 bundles, the package was missing the free items, I sent an inquiry and the company apologized and said the missing items were on its way- its 3 weeks later and I'm emigrating, it still hadn't arrived, upon enquiring they've said they will not be sending it until I remove my rating/ feedback- and I offered to do so once I received my items , the correspondent advised that because of my reaction they will not fulfill the order, there's definitely a scam going on to increase or drive sales
