NEWROAD is a young, independent family business, and our blend is made very differently from a conventional, off-the-shelf powder blend. We oversee every stage of its journey, from whole fruits, vegetables and pulses to sachet, and we are deliberately uncompromising about our ingredients.
The last couple of years have been particularly challenging with the drought and difficult growing conditions have created shortages of several of the fruits we use. In some cases, ingredients did not pass our selection criteria, so we rejected them and began the process of sourcing replacements rather than compromise the blend.
All 30 ingredients must be organic and meet our standards for quality and provenance. We source as locally as possible and avoid air-freighting our ingredients. When we need to introduce a new supplier, their organic credentials and traceability are checked carefully because an “organic” label alone is not enough for us.
Only once we are satisfied with the provenance and quality of the ingredients do we allow them into production. We then closely supervise the manufacturing process, and the blend undergoes rigorous independent third-party testing before we are prepared to release it.
This process takes time. The extra care we put into sourcing, testing and quality control is part of what you're paying for when you choose NEWROAD.
We appreciate that none of this changes the fact that you have had to wait longer than expected, and for that we apologise. Please rest assured that as we grow, we'll continue to improve the efficiency of every step of our process while preserving the same care, attention to detail and uncompromising quality of our products.

Highly recommended
I have been taking it almost daily for 2 months now and my.. ehm.. digestion improved massively. I find it difficult to eat the recommended 30g of fibre on a daily base, so this supplement is really helpful. Easy to add to food or just mix in water, tastes nice too.. I love it and will continue using it. Thank you!

A good product just too expensive.

We completely understand your comments about the price. NEWROAD 30 is more expensive than other powdered blends because we make it in a very different way. We only use certified organic whole fruits and vegetables which are freeze dried to preserve nutrients and flavours. We also oversee the entire process from sourcing through to the finished blend and we put a lot of emphasis on ingredient provenance, full traceability and keeping the supply chain as local as possible. It's a more involved process, but it means we end up with a very high quality blend.
Also the prices of fruits, vegetables and pulses have increased in recent years, driven in part by challenging growing conditions and lower harvests across Europe. However we've chosen to continue investing in the quality, provenance and traceability of every batch because we believe those things really matter.
That said, we genuinely appreciate your feedback. As we continue to grow, one of our key priorities is to improve efficiencies throughout our production process, and we very much hope that this will allow us to make NEWROAD 30 more accessible over time, while preserving the same care, attention to detail and uncompromising quality.

Title: A genuinely brilliant product — nutritious and delicious
We’ve been using 30 New Road for a few weeks now, and I honestly can’t fault it. It’s packed with 30 different vitamins and whole food ingredients, so you know it’s doing you good — but what really sets it apart is the taste.
We stir it into yogurt or kefir most mornings, and not only do we love it, but so do our kids (which says a lot!). It’s rare to find something this nutritious that the whole family genuinely enjoys.
Feels like one of those rare products that’s both smart and simple — great for your body, easy to use, and genuinely tasty. Highly recommend.
