Surprisingly amazing quality

Surprisingly amazing quality, I was impressed by packaging. Wallet wasnt as well made as I wouldve liked, but the shoes were amazing, I got the boatshoes

I was shipped the wrong color shoe

I was shipped the wrong color shoe. When trying to get my preferred choice, I was told it was out of stock. Fortunately, the communication between myself and customer service was amazing. Quick and thorough response, and very helpful. My only issue was the my order.

Disappointed . . .

Bought two pairs of suede loafers for 100 dollars on sale. They looked great and are super comfortable. Now one month later one pair is starting to fall apart (same section at the bottom of both shoes). I've only wore them a total of 5 times. Disappointed cause I really loved them and looked forward to buying a few more pairs.

Variability in sizing

I ordered 10.5 for the same model of drivers but in different colours and while they have the same size printed on the shoes, they were completely different sizes. Also because I live in Canada, it is not financially feasible for me to return the shoes.

Delivery took longer than it stated and …

Delivery took longer than it stated and when I spoke with someone about exchanging shoes for a different size, they stated that exchanges weren't possible at the time and I would have to send the original pair back, then would see a credit on my credit card, and then I could reorder a new pair.

Don't overthink

Don't overthink, it it's the best Chelsea boot under 400 and these are only 100. I don't take good care of them and they still look nice.
