Their website is very easy to navigate, the catalogs are well organized, the prices are reasonable, and checkout is a breeze. Ordered Mevotech TTX Lower Control Arms and Ball Joint Assemblies for my 5th Gen Ram 1500 and received them in less than 7 days. Received the correct parts, they were packaged carefully and in good condition. This is the first time that I've purchased parts from this company and I am very happy with this experience. NewParts.com was until now a great experience, however, your warranty system stinks. I was told follow certain instructions and I would be refunded in 2-3 business days. So far, 10 days after you all received my package ( certifiable by UPS) I still have not heard from them. I cannot in good consciousnesses refer you guys to anyone else. I sang your praises to quite a few of my friends and family only to tell them to hold off.
