Fabulous product, my wife swears by them to make it easier to move about. She suffers from spinal paralysis and these definitely help in easing the movement of her legs.. great product.

We have checked our records and can see you emailed on the 9th, stating you had asked this question previously, however we had no record of your first email.
Given the circumstances we then called you and you replied with “I can’t talk now I’m speaking with my father” - We believed you were going to call us back.
I can see from the call log, that you didn't call back.
Following this you placed an order online, therefore no attempt to call you back was made.
We therefore assumed you must have worked out that the reason was because we had the 25% discount on and that’s why the price was different.

Quality product and good service
