Potential flight delays were handled efficiently. Hotel transfer was good. Rep (Ellie) was knowledgeable and approachable. Benefits of booking optional excursions together should be clearer (eg Bernina Express included 2 other excursions). But the hotel was "tired". Bathroom definitely needed updating. No USB charging points or modern power outlets (standard EU power adaptor did not fit). Dining room staff were excellent but let down by the quality of the evening meal main course.

Belfast Titanic tour
We are first time Newmarket tour customers and we booked a trip to Belfast for the Titanic experience. Our tour Manager Tony made the trip extremely enjoyable from start to finish with his exceptional knowledge of the areas we were passing through. Tony even offered suggestions for when we did have some free time, unfortunately not enough time to do everything he suggested. The choice of the Titanic Hotel as an upgrade hotel was also worth it. High praise indeed for Tony our tour manager, Martin our coach driver and Newmarket for putting this tour in its itinerary.

Tony was an excellent tour guide. Very informative and helpful.martin the coach driver was also very good. Only problem was the flight over being cancelled at last minute. Which caused much concern. However the Newmarket support staff were very helpful and arranged an alternative flight. I would recommend Newmarket holidays.

Fantastic service from the outset
Fantastic service from the outset, communication was excellent and timings for days out ran like clockwork.
Our tour manager ,Monica Debernardi,was superb.She was very professional but at the same time made our tours fun!
Our hotel, Promessi Sposi was really lovely (but very pricey) and the staff were wonderful especially the breakfast supervisor
( sorry don't remember her name) ,Lorenzo on the desk ,all the bar staff and the lovely ladies in housekeeping.
The tours themselves were excellent especially the Bernina Express which was the star of the show.

Musa was friendly
Musa was friendly, courteous and professional. She was extremely helpful with my initial query regarding the hotel in Italy, I was given the information requested with in minutes. During my conversation with Musa another issue came to light, she assured me she would escalate the matter and get back to me later in the day, she was as good as her word, within an hour or so she called me back with an answer, which resolved the issue. Very happy with the customer service I received from Musa today.
