Ordered ring for our upcoming wedding and arrived very promptly. I used the try on first service and when the ring was slightly too big, very easy to return and exchange for another size. Then returned once again for the personalised engraving service. The service was excellent and the ring looks amazing and exactly like on the website. Would definitely recommend using this company.

We ordered a ring for hubby to be, it arrived quickly and the sizing was a little small. Brilliant customer service. I emailed, and Clare responded promptly with instructions on how to exchange the ring. It was really easy and free which is ideal. As soon as they had recieved the original, a new one was sent. We initially ordered the 23rd and by the 1st, we had recieved, returned and recieved the better sized ring.

The ring itself is beautiful and lovely quality. I cant fault them and highly recommend especially for more unusual pieces

Gifted as an eternity ring to celebrate 10 years of marriage. Brilliant ring that has tarnished giving a gentle patina'd look rather than awfully scratched up surface as experience with other brands.
