We had an excellent experience with New Line Construction. We did a full bathroom renovation with them (including structural changes), and from the start it was a great experience. Marek's communication is excellent, and he was a constant source of helpful advice to us. Both him and the foreman Piotr were clearly highly experienced, and really knew what they were doing. Despite complexities in the job, the work was done to a very high standard and to budget. We would not hesitate to recommend them or work with them again on another project.

We recently had some carpentry and home maintenance work completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, reliable, and completed the work quickly with very little waiting time.

What stood out most was how consultative they were throughout the process. They took the time to explain options, provide advice, and ensure we were happy with each step before proceeding. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Marek, the owner, is smart, responsive and very practical. He came the day after I called and made clear which was the important work and what could wait. He offered practical, well priced solutions to problems that had been dogging my house for years and gave me a fair estimate with the work commencing two weeks after we met.

I was highly impressed by the skills of the team and the range of work they completed: pointing the back wall, waterproofing balconies, dealing with damp patches all over the house, replacing window cills, decorating the outside of the house, fitting a new window, bathroom and wooden floor - all done efficiently and by a team that I barely noticed in the house.

All work was completed on time (including snags) and to an extremely high standard. Unusually for builders, Marek and his team were highly accommodating for all the extra jobs that came up along the way. These were also priced very fairly.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marek and his team and hope to be using his services many years from now.

Marek and his team are absolutely fantastic. We had a large job which included fixing a leaking roof, some of the walls had damp and the paint was peeling off, the kitchen needed to be made larger, toilet to be refurbished and a new utility room installed. The roof was fixed. The walls with damp were hacked to the brick and the moisture absorbed, re-plastered and painted. A new utility room was installed. Kitchen was made larger, new appliances added and toilet looks great. All in all the finished product was excellent and the regular communication along the way really helped us know how things were progressing. I couldn’t recommend this team anymore. We had our place renovated via Marek and the team roughly 2 years ago, not only they did a fantastic job they are also amazing when it comes to quick follow ups that arise from time to time

The other day we had a minor issue with one of the PVC doors and Marek figured it out in a day after texting him the issue and pictures.

Anytime even a nail drops in the house, I will be calling these guys - they are great!!

I recently carried out my house refurbishment work at Middlesex with New Line Construction. I had few quotations from local builders, all competitive. But Marek ( Director and Owner) of New line construction gave me the confidence that he could carry out works in given time frame with good quality. The works completed on time with excellent quality including few variation. No issue in payment terms at all. At the end , I am extremely happy with his service, professionalism and after care.

I would not hesitate in giving a 5 star review for New Line as they provided an excellent service! Marek came promptly to give me a quotation for the work needed in my home and they were able to start straight away. The workman he sent (Mikolaj) was very professional and his work was 100%. It was carried out extremely efficiently and was finished within the time line quoted. I will definitely be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend them for any type of refurbishment/decoration.
