Would not recommend this company

We paid over £10,000 for Brazilian Patagonia quartzite (a natural stone, not a man-made quartz surface) supplied and installed by this company. Within less than a year, pieces began breaking away around the sink area, indicating the stone had not been properly cut, resin-filled, or finished prior to delivery and installation.

There were also multiple areas that appeared unfinished where proper resin filling and preparation would normally be expected. In addition, one end of the island slab was noticeably thinner than the other, raising concerns about quality control and consistency.

To be fair, the company did offer to attempt repairs; however, given the apparent issues with the original fabrication and finishing, we did not have confidence this would provide a lasting solution and instead sought full replacement.

The matter went to court, where the claim was upheld but damages were limited to diminution in value, resulting in only a nominal award that does not cover repair or replacement.

In our experience, while the company may be familiar with engineered surfaces, they did not demonstrate sufficient expertise with natural quartzite. For a product at this price point, this has been extremely disappointing.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend using this company.
