Service delivery very poor and no customer service 👎. Quality okay still .do not reccomend

Clothes' delivered were much larger than the website says and NO ANSWER from their customer service, despite several contact attempts

No contact with customer service.
I cancelled 1 order and didnt get refund because it was displaying that it wasnt paid. To get it refund i had to wait 1 month and request it through bank. Its also better on alli express, the same clothes are cheaper there.

UNDER NO CIRCS order from this site. I paid upfront to the cost of $78 after 15% discount for 2 x linen trouser suits, which never arrived, after waiting approx 3-4 weeks. I contacted customer service via live online web chat & I was informed my goods would be delayed due to popularity. I waited a further week to then be told after contacting 2nd time, that I would have to wait a further week totalling 2 months. Hence, I instructed customer service to cancel order & refund me. Let’s see if I get my refund. This website is diabolical & gives false advertising taking your money upfront. Shockingly POOR.
Surprisingly, I received a full refund & an apology. However, I will NEVER purchase from this site again.

I have bought several dresses from this company and I have never had a problem. Reasonably priced, sizing is good. I would recommend them.

This company is just another dropshipping/ rebranding business, and if you download the image of their clothes and use it to make a Google image search, you results for the exact same item on AliExpress (but for 6~7$).

Yes you all be commenting on how fine and well you’ve received your items and maybe they’re not the right size I’m talking about being told that they’re not shipping me anything and they’re not refunding me after $495. I’ve spent there claiming that they never took the money out of my account and yet my bank statement shows alexnld.com took the money that’s terrible and I know I don’t know what to do

I ordered several shirts online from this company in 2-3XL (am usually XL-2XL). None of the shirts fit, they were all far too small. I was very disappointed and contacted them for a refund and to return the shirts. I posted the shirts to return and they refused to refund me still after 6 months despite me returning the shirts. They were rude, untimely and ultimately a waste of time and money for the lowest quality products. Do not buy from Newchic

I received 5 items and only 1 fit properly (the measurements given for clothing on the website is way off) and I have written 3 emails explaining the situation and asking for a return number and my refund, and I have not received an answer yet. It has been 10 days since I sent the 1st email. I have tried their 24/7 chat and it is always closed ??? I have sent 3 emails and received no response. This must be the only online company that makes it so hard to return anything.

Purchased as a birthday gift for my son. He loves it.

I saw the bad reviews but my orders came earlier than expected everything fit perfect even the shoes. You have to remember when ordering from China to order a size bigger in anything you get. I just place 2 more orders waiting on arrival. So far i like newchic and recommend newchic for nice clothing at a low price.

Regular Chinese synthetic stuff for the price of brand clothes. As well as the delivery is overpriced. Prints are really unique and stylish, but, honestly, it doesn't worth it.

2 x good shorts/shirt. Quick delivery.
Then slow delivery.
3 x very nice summer shirts.
2 x disappointed not as pictured.
1 x too tight.
1 x not received yet.

The size charts are rubbish. I ordered a jacket and trousers. I normally wear a median jacket, sometimes a small. I ordered Median from Newchic based on their size chart and when it arrived it was pretty big. it seemed like an extra large. The trousers were the opposite. I wear a US size 32 about half the time and the other half a 31 depending on the brand. The size chart advised a tag size S would be 32 waist. When i tried them on there was no way I could get close to buttoning them up. I would say they were really a size 29. But I would imagine even if I got the correct size they would be ill fitting. They were very boxy and untailored. I am not a fan. The material was also mediocre.

Clothing is of very low quality, and they do not accept returns when you’re unsatisfied with your purchase.

Do not trust.
I bought a dress for a wedding for 40euros in May 2022.
The dress was bad quality and too large.
I had to pay international shipping back to China for 10,99 euros.
I did not get a refund.
In December 2022, the package was returned to me.
Still no refund and I am out 50+ euros. I feel scammed.

Do not waste your time and money.

This company is a joke! Not only did it take forever to get the order, but once it got here it was the wrong size, way too big, the item didn't have a size on it, when I tried to return it the company wanted proof it didn't fit and told me it was the correct size, and even after sending photos to how big it was, they still stated it was the correct size but could return it but would not pay for shipping which was over 80.00. I have written to them many times for the refund, which I did send the tracking information and as of yet have not received my refund.
