I ordered a shirt which I later returned, but to this day I have not received my refund. I have sent three emails to customer service and have not received any response at all.

Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. At this point, it feels unprofessional and unreliable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I had a very bad experience with New Chapter. I ordered 1 t-shirt and 2 jeans, but things went completely wrong. I received only the t-shirt, and it was delivered in the wrong size (I ordered L but received XL).

The two jeans never arrived, and I have received no updates at all about the shipping or availability. I emailed their customer service multiple times, but I never got a single reply.

At this point, I feel completely ignored and taken advantage of. This has been extremely frustrating, and I want to warn others before they decide to order here. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this company and would not recommend buying from them.

Never received the order. Contact is not possible with the counterparty. Bad experience and lost over EUR 200.

I ordered a T-shirt for my son back in December and he is still super happy with it! The quality is excellent – even after many washes it still looks great and keeps its shape. The fit was perfect from the start. Great service and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

This company New Chapter is an absolute disaster. Their so-called “return process” is nothing but a black hole. You send your items back, you follow all their rules, and then… silence. No replies to emails, no replies to messages, no customer service at all.

And the money? Forget it. They just keep it like thieves. It honestly feels like a scam. I’ve never dealt with a company so careless, so unprofessional, and so shameless.

If you’re thinking of ordering from them, don’t. Unless you enjoy throwing money away and screaming into the void, stay far, far away from this nightmare of a company.

I think it's a good site for ordering clothes. The quality is really good. I recommend this site to everyone. The order arrived quickly.

Fast shipping and good quality.

Shirts are quite short, they’re loose enough but i’m quite tall and even with an XL it’s a bit short.

Accidentally ordered a size S instead of an XL and was unable to refund/trade it, but luckily my girlfriend loved the shirt, so it didn’t go to waste

I recently bought a denim jean. Great quallity and it fits perfect. I would definitely buy more pants often. Only thing is that in the policy it says 1 to 2 business till arrival and i recieved the jeans 5 days later what was a bit disturbing because i needed it for a outfit i had in my head. But i would definitely recommend it for buying jeans

I ordered two pairs of trousers on the 27th of January 2025. Till today, I have not received my order. I send 3 e-mails, no reaction. Via my Shop account, it mentions that this company is not active. Also, the tracker does not work anymore. I also send a message via Insta, no reaction. It looks like a scam and I paid 120 EURO's.

I ordered a pair of pants. Great quality, but they had shipped a different size from what i ordered.
I have been trying to get in touch with them for three months with no luck.

Today i found that their emails link to the wrong url. Via their email you are directed to a likennamed supplements retailer.

You should write to .co instead of .com

I recently purchased these jeans, and while the quality and style are great, I had to return them and reorder in a different size. The material feels durable and comfortable, and the design is exactly what I was looking for, but the sizing runs slightly off.
If you’re considering buying these, I’d recommend checking the size chart carefully or sizing up depending on your body type. Once I got the right fit, they were perfect! A minor inconvenience but worth it for the quality.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They do not respond to email inquiries, which is incredibly frustrating. I returned the clothing I ordered within three days but encountered shipping issues during the return process. Instead of refunding my money, they offered me a store credit, which expired quite quickly, leaving me unable to use it.

I reached out again via email to see if they could resolve this issue, but once again, there was no response. It’s unfortunate that they treat their customers this way. I'm out and lost €140,- now, and the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. You have to be lucky for the clothing to fit right from the start.
