1st Call Services replaced our boiler and radiators two years ago and we have been delighted with the work that David and his team did. David gave us an honest quotation which we accepted and we felt very comfortable with them working in the house and they did a very neat and tidy job. They explained everything as they went along and left us with a great heating system that has performed beautifully. The saving in gas compared with our old boiler means that our monthly gas usage has dropped considerably saving money.
I have recommended 1st Call to my family and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Our boiler was replaced by this company 6 years ago, and we have had a trouble free service from our Bosch boiler so far. We always have our boiler serviced once a year by this company and they efficiently replace and clean whatever is needed for a fee which is well worth considering!
Another point was that we had our boiler moved from one side of our house to the other which was all done with the least upheaval.

Fantastic from start to finish and every service since! They were clear, on time, tidy, helpful and did exactly what they said they would do! 1st call Services first fitted the boiler 2 years ago when the old one broke down and went the extra mile to help us understand what boiler to replace with. They have since performed the annual review each year and I'll be calling them for all our boiler needs.

Used 1stcall Services for a Bosch boiler installation,spoke with David,agreed the price and arranged fitting.Removal of old boiler and fitting of new one carried out by David and all I can say is that it was carried out in an organised and efficient manner,no mess, boxes,old boiler etc taken away,new boiler fitted without any problem,even arranged first annual service which has now been carried out.All in all a first class and professional company

First class service. David was a great help from the very start answering lots of questions helping us decide what boiler would be best. A very long warranty and finance if needed, I’ve recommended a couple of times since the install.

David and his team installed a new boiler system for our family in Leigh-on-Sea in the summer of 2015, and the quality of the service we received stays with us to this day. David was polite, patient and professional every step of the way, from guiding us through the options, to fitting the appliance and familiarising us with the settings. The job was completed so quickly and well that we have not had any cause to enlist David's services since, but we are planning some structural improvements to our home this year, and will definitely be giving him a call.

1st Call Services were excellent when they installed our new boiler. From the initial consultation with David we knew we had chosen the right Company. They were very tidy workers and treated our house with respect. They even removed a pipe from our old boiler which another Company refused to do as they said it contained asbestos. All work was completed to a very high standard and we have had no problems. We have the boiler serviced by them every year and, again, this is always trouble free.
Highly recommended.
