Great quality and carefully made ! Unique products , however if not on sales a bit pricey!

I love Newbie clothes. They are particularly gorgeous for my grandson. I love buying him clothes.

Amazing products, great quality, fast delivery!!!

I’m really disappointed with the quality of the pair of trousers I bought. After only three washes at 30 degrees, the fabric started forming little bubbles/pilling, which makes them look worn out already. It’s such a shame, because the cut and fit were nice, but the quality just doesn’t last. I expected much better for children’s clothing. 🙁

I was able to purchase online with ease, the items were available in the sizes I required and was able to match them easily.
The gift box was a godsend so all was packaged online and sent to the recipient instead of me having to purchase and resend.

Fast delivery, very happy with the product, pleased that it didn’t come with too much plastic packaging. My daughter loves the short style pants and says they are really comfortable. Just knocked a star off as they have a large label which she says is a bit irritating.

First time I have bought from Newbie Store and I am so delighted with the products. Great fit and best of quality. I love everything I ordered.

Please make gift cards available to use in store. Newbie gift cards are a great gift but half the fun is shopping in store. Not being able to buy them or use them in stores is disappointing. Being able to buy a physical one would also be better for gift giving (doesn’t have to be made of plastic). Having to print off a digital one to gift loses some of the quality of the Newbie experience.

Quality products... beautifully made with colours as depicted and sizing as described.
The creativity of patterns and deft use of colours make for interesting and charming outfits which are just that bit different from most of what is available.
Despatch is prompt with good updating regarding delivery. My only observation is that items could be
packaged better. I understand there are economic and environmental issues to consider, but perhaps
there is scope for some improvement here.

Easy to purchase a gift card, it couldn’t have been easier.

First class experience from receiving wallpaper samples through to ordering the wallpaper. Wallpaper quality is very good.

We have bought an online gift card as a present for our friends' toddler and they were very pleased with it. The gift card is only usable online, it would be easier if people could use it in store as well.

Sizing too big compared to other brands

5* for hair bands/headband product /ie.the bow headband priced at moment 8£ product(reason i am mentioning price is so you can find it easily ) , that hair band is one of best beautiful trustworthy products i ever bought , i never wrote review before but this product and company deserved it and other parents deserve to know of this good product

Everyone in store is extremely pleasant and helpful. The range of clothes etc on offer are exceptional, well made and makes decisions on what to buy very hard. My grandson always looks adorable in Newbie outfits and the clothes always wash up very well.

Love this company, their children's clothes are gorgeous. Bought our granddaughter an entire wardrobe.
