It took the bracelets and necklace 8 days to come which isn’t too bad. I had enquired about the tracking since it wasn’t working so I was worried my parcel wouldn’t show up but customer service replied fast, like within hours. The quality of the jewellery is amazing but the necklace did come quite tangled and it took me a while to untangle lol. Other than that, I’m super happy with my order and I will definitely be ordering again !!

I have purchased several pieces from Nevaeh in the past and have been very satisfied. The pieces are beautiful and lasting. I will purchase more!

Good value and good.product. easy return process

I’ve been using this jewellery daily and I’m honestly really impressed. It’s completely waterproof, so I don’t have to take it off when showering, washing hands, or even during workouts. The colour hasn’t faded at all and it still looks as good as new.

This jewellery is amazing and doesn't tarnish, lovely designs, I've bought quite a few rings and also two for my sister who has dementia, she has a shower everyday and never takes them off, still as new as the day I got them, I get compliments all the time asking were I got my rings from.

The jewellery is beautiful, doesn't tarnish and looks like gold. I've been away and been in the sea, shower and
swimming pool and it still looks great.

Courier have lost my parcel, the customer service very unhelpful in trying to resolve or refund. courier asking me to take the case with the store, & Nevaeh customer requesting To contact the courier. No refund & £60 lost 😡 after initial contact no replies form the customer service to any of my emails. NOT UK BASED, MISLEADING!!!!!
Several emails sent they don’t even bother to reply… I’ll make sure to report them. & I didn’t receive any reply- I’ve checked my spam !!!

My experience was good mostly because I am happy with the quality of the items I purchased. I wear some of the rings in the shower and to do house chores and so far no sign of tarnish.

As mentioned in my update, I acknowledge that the issue has now been resolved and that the refund has been processed. However, this only happened after I posted my review; prior to that, it was extremely difficult to obtain adequate support or a clear resolution.

My review reflects the entirety of my experience, from start to finish, and not just the final outcome. For that reason, I believe it is fair and important to keep it as it is, so that other customers have a realistic understanding of the level of service they may receive.

The fact that I was offered a £20 voucher or 30% discount on a future purchase — something I would not consider after this experience — only reinforces how this situation was handled, the amount of time I had to spend trying to resolve it, and the lack of consideration shown towards customers and their rights. It is also important to note that this process began in November and was only concluded now.

I consider the matter closed, but my feedback remains as an honest account of what happened.

I placed my order on Dec 26th, 2025. It is now March 20th and I have still not received one of the custom pieces in my order.

First issue was that it took longer than the 5-7 days to ship the first part of my order. When it did arrive, all the pieces were tangled and a necklace was caught inside a slotted ring. They split my order into two small drawstring bags instead of individually packaging the jewelry. I had to detangle (almost breaking one piece) all the jewelry before I could try it out.

Secondly, the custom order piece STILL hasn’t arrived. Understanding that custom pieces take longer to fulfill, I was patient. However, it’s been NEARLY THREE MONTHS since I placed the initial order and I have not received an update. I contacted customer service on Feb 10, March 11, and March 18, and got the same reply every time…

At this point, I’m beyond patience and understanding. This company will give you the runaround. If you want something from them, I caution you… do NOT order a custom piece and don’t count on even getting your pieces.

I will never purchase from this company again.
