Fast delivery to Singapore and the quality was good. The knee guard was comfortable and matched the description well. I realised after consulting the doctor that I had purchased the wrong type for my needs, so that was on me. Thankfully, the return and refund process was smooth and hassle-free. Kelly was also very responsive and helpful.

Returned the product but has not received the refund
I purchased the product on September 2025 and have returned it as it did not work for me. However, it's now April 2026 and have not received my refund. I am hoping they will eventually do.

I ordered on Lumbar Belt on Mar 22, 2026 11:28 am, and the tracking shows: Shipment has been returned to sender on Apr 04, 2026 04:02 pm, when I never requested for it be returned back to sender. Sent them an email to get refund, they do not respond! NEVER buy fron them, complete SCAM from being advertised to tracking number provided! Lost around 95$!!!! STAY AWAY from Neurogena !!!
Finally received a new tracking number, and received the lumbar belt, its of good quality and helps my lumbar. Thanks for replying the email and having a new tracking sent out.
In mauritius, i received the product after paying celero tax and delivered to me. 😎

Had an item, then returned it.
The process to get a refund is not good and you have to chase them up. The company seems to just delay things for no reason. Very frustrating and will not be using this company in the future.

Poor quality of Knee system
I am very disappointed with the quality of these knee system/ knee pads. I used them for just one CrossFit workout, and after the first session, the rubber ring and its outer cover started to detach.

Awesome fit
It was a lot of room to play with! Sometimes when u get these things they are made for smaller waisted people! This one has lots of adjustment ways to tighten this or in loosen this! It has really helped! I use it after working construction and it just melts my pain as it straightens and spreads my back muscles! Love it!

Replaced chiropractor visits and costs
I was seeing a chiropractor and getting decompression treatments as well as adjustments costing me $55/wk for these two appointments. I bought a vibration platform and the Neurogena Belt. I use the Vibration platform for 10 mins standing and 10 mins sitting each day. I use the Nerogena belt for 1 hr/day. This protocol makes my lower back feel as good as the chiro treatments and their decompression did, and is saving me $220/month as well as my time!

Multiple excuses for 3 week delay
Ordered kneee support in desperation of an ongoing injury giving me a lot of pain. Ordered knee support with 1-2 day delivery.
Item sat in its factory for 10 days before it even left the site and still 3 weeks on I have no received. Not only that I’ve asked for a refund and cancellation twice now only to be palmed off.
Avoid people.
