Knowledgeable and Caring

I had called other clinics and either didn’t get a call back or spoke to someone who wasn’t knowledgeable. I was blown away by the professionalism and knowledge of the staff at NeuConnections. From the moment I called, I felt comfortable and at ease. They answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time preparing me for my first session. You could tell they actually cared when other places I couldn’t even get to call me back, which seems weird for places that are supposed to care about your mental health.
