After cancelling my subscription twice and removing my bank details off the account. They still proceeded to use my card details and sent another batch out . After contacting them all they did was try give me the hard sell and offer me 40% off of the product, which I previously didn’t want. And then send me a link to rejoin a subscription. And now I’ve got email from Evri saying there’s another on the way .

Please this company are untrustworthy. I placed a last month to give them ago. Surprise, they don't work. So obviously I won't be buying again. But this morning I have seen an email to say thanks for your order. I have then come to realise without my knowledge or agreement that the company have sent up a subscription without me knowing. they have taken out £37 out of my account - still no tablets either. I even have my last email from the first order and nowhere dose it state I agreed to a subscription. I have requested a refund but I will be taking I further if I do nit receive one. I would be interesting to know how many other people have been treated like this

Ive been taking bloatburn now for 4 months.I definately feel the difference after a main meal.I feel better within myself.Unfortunetly my weight has stayed the same,but im going to keep going,and hope my weight drops.

My first order after the product being recommended by a friend. Slight issue with the order but the customer service was phenomenal, instant replies to emails and mix up with the order resolved immediately.

There was a mix up with my first delivery - The courier delivered to the wrong address, not Neuaura's fault, but they investigated and did remedial action straight away.

I've been impressed by the service and the product from Neuaura.
Michelle has been very responsive in answering questions that I had and giving a very personal feel to the communications with the company.
I've been taking Neuaura for about 3 months and it has started to help with my bloating symptoms.
The subscription service had worked very well too, but it is nice to know that I can delay it or opt out for a few weeks if I need to.
