Great service and experience
I've ordered some equipment for my Home Lab - it was easy to order, delivered quickly and well packaged.

Mixed Feelings About NetXL
I’ve been looking to buy the Deco BE85 for months, and when I came across NetXL, I was initially impressed by their communication. They promptly provided a quote of £542 for two TP-Link BE85 routers, which seemed almost too good to be true. When I queried the price, they explained that buying two units was cheaper than purchasing a mesh system. Overjoyed, I placed the order immediately—even while on holiday in Dubai—because I didn’t want to miss out on what seemed like a great deal.
Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. I paid £15 for next-day delivery, but nothing arrived. After waiting another day, I called and was told the item had been dispatched, though I’d received no notification from DPD. Then, on Saturday morning, DPD delivered the package—only to find that not only was one unit missing, but the one that arrived was the wrong device entirely.
I contacted NetXL, who admitted there had been a labelling error in their warehouse and suggested I return the item for a refund. While disappointing, mistakes happen, so I returned the product. However, when the refund came through, I only received a refund for one unit. This required yet another query to resolve, as the second router had never even arrived in the first place.
To their credit, the staff were polite, communicative, and responsive throughout. However, the experience as a whole was frustrating and disappointing. The error cost me the chance to buy the Deco BE85 at a much cheaper price in Dubai (thanks to tax savings), and I don’t feel confident shopping with NetXL again.
This could have been a 5-star experience, but the logistical issues and hassle turned it into a 2-star one. While the team is great, the operational side needs serious improvement.

Useless technical support
Their technical support is useless. They're fine selling you their range but seem to have no idea when there's an issue. They used to be pretty good but not any more. Their stock answer is factory reset everything. With this type of product, if you're not tech savvy, you need to be able to have somewhere to turn to for help and advice. It's not these guys unfortunately. I'm changing to another brand where I can get the support when needed.

Great service. Recommended!
I'd never heard of them before so I was a bit suspicious when I saw quite a good price. The reviews here reassured me, and I was not disappointed!
Ordered Friday for a "next working day" delivery, and pleasantly surprised when it arrived Saturday morning!
Will definitely use them again. Great to have an alternative to Amazon for panic purchases!

Customer service is what counts
I had a problem with some equipment that I bought from NetXL. This was not their fault in anyway and their customer service and help in resolving the matter was exemplary. Josh and Travis deserve a particular mention.
Pretty much anyone can sell you stuff and be polite about it; what counts is helping customers when they have a problem.
I have absolutely no reservations about recommending NetXL to anyone who is considering buying anything they sell.
