Unexpectedly good customer service for an etailer- Charles has been spot on with post sales support and service

Avoid this company….. All good when things go well but if delivery does not arrive or incorrect items shipped then you will spend your life chasing!!!!! Still waiting for an order that I paid for on the 21/11/25 on next day delivery!!!!!!

I have used NetXL for a while now and each and every time the service is incredible. Never once had a negative experience with them. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Charles was very helpful and friendly with a question I had. 10/10 overall.

NetXL are an awesome company to do business with. A big shout out to Rachel who always provides a superb customer service. In fact, I requested a quote, which arrived at 5:28pm (less than a minute from putting the phone down) and the item arrived just after 9am the very next day. Very impressive. I'd better not leave out Oliver, who has also been brilliant, whenever I call in, with silly questions. Thanks both.

So if you want a friendly, knowledgable and efficient service I could not recommend NetXL highly enough.

It has been a while since I last ordered anything from NetXL, but I needed another Unifi switch and they were able to supply me promptly and at a very keen price. The item was ordered Friday and I wasn't expecting delivery until Monday, but it arrived on Saturday morning early doors with Royal Mail (it was fun watching Postman Pat driving up my hill after a big dump of snow).
I'm delighted and would use them again when the time comes and have no problem recommending them for others.

Purchased a UCG Fiber from NetXL as it was cheaper than Ubiquiti's own store at the time. The experience was extremely smooth and seamless, with the item shipped quickly and accurately described, including a UK power lead. I would gladly buy Unifi kit here again.
