I wanted to refinance my house with a VA loan so I was calling different companies to find the best available financing. In my calling random companies, I was incredibly blessed to find Shane Doumani of Network Capital Funding. Shane was exactly who I needed without my having the brains to know enough to know it. He not only found me the best deal for my circumstances, he walked me through the entire process (and explanations) of getting the mortgage with patience, kindness and humor! His professionalism and knowledge was so incredibly helpful - especially since he was dealing with someone (me) who had minimal math skills and no real estate experience other than when I first bought my house. I cannot thank him (and Network Capital Funding for hiring him) enough for how he made the process, clear, understandable, painless and FAST. He's a true professional and a true gentleman!

It’s no secret that home purchase transactions are complicated and a stressful process. The team at Network capital, specifically Ian James and Natalie V, are the ideal support during the process. I had a complicated file, with out-of-state signing, multiple factors, and so many caveats. This team did what no other lender could I contacted get done and they did it the right way. My situation was unique, as I had to remove my co-borrower from the loan, and the interest rate wasn't close to my original, making monthly payments and assumptions impossible. I reached out to several lenders, and Ian James from Network Capital was the only one that stayed positive and kept pushing forward. While there were some hurdles with the appraisal process and a few bumps along the way, we finally closed the refinance after 7 weeks. What really stood out was his commitment to making the process as smooth as possible. Despite numerous late-night and weekend calls, Ian and Nick were always there to guide me through each step. Overall, I truly appreciate their persistence, professionalism, and dedication in helping me navigate this complex situation.
